During the past 32 years, Chandler Child Care centers has been a leader within the childcare industry. We started as "All Seasons Childcare" in 1968 as a provider of childcare. Our company has evolved into not only a quality childcare provider service, but also a pre-school program that will enhance the educational development of your child. Chandler Child Care has now built and established more than 48 custom childcare centers across the country.

Much of this success is the result of the values and beliefs of Chandler Child Care centers founder, Paul J. Emch
Paul's first mission statement was to "provide tender loving care and education too" for each child. Not much has changed over the years. We all share the goal of making sure that your child knows that he or she is someone special, and needs to be educated and prepared for the challenges in life. Paul expected every employee to be an ambassador of company principles -- demonstrating love, integrity, generosity, self-discipline and hard work -- simply treating others as we would want to be treated. The current management team has molded these values into their strategic plans and operating practices. These values, along with a team approach to management, have empowered Chandler Child Care centers to grow to nearly 200 employees who care for nearly 1,000 children each day. Paul is no longer with us, but his commitments to quality, education, and safety have been passed down to the third generation of family who oversee the operations.

Our Director - Ashley Torres

Hello!  My name is Ashley Torres and I am the Director at Valley Child Care & Learning Center's Chandler location.  I began working with Valley in 2000 as a part time teacher's aide in the pre-k classroom.  I spent one year working with pre-k before becoming a full time teacher in our two year old program and fell in love with those little ones.  I learned that the "terrible twos" is just a myth.  Two year olds are fascinating little creatures with lots to teach us.  After spending another year with the two year olds, I moved into my own classroom as a lead teacher with three year olds.  What an experience!  I adored having my own class and coming up with new and fun things to teach the children and experience with them.

After a few years with the threes, I slowly moved my way into the front office as an Office Assistant, then Assistant Director and finally became Director in 2008.  I have learned so much here at Valley having had the opportunity to work in many different roles.  I believe that every child deserves the best possible care and education, especially in these early years and I do my very best to provide that here at our school.  I am passionate about early education and fully support our company's mission "to make children smile!"
